Shortlisted design for the Wild in Art ‘Story Trail’.

This artist trail raised money for Amaze, a charity that supports families with children/young people who have special educational needs and disabilities in Brighton & Hove and East Sussex.

My design, ‘Blooming Bench’, is inspired by the moment a spring garden begins to open into summer. Oversized flowers and leaves create the feeling of stepping into the garden as a small creature, surrounded by colour and new life. The bright forms encourage play and curiosity, offering little details for children and adults to discover together. The piece is meant to spark joy and a shared sense of wonder.
